This Nutella Coffee Frozen Yogurt recipe might just be my new addiction. I was sitting here thinking, Hmmm I wonder if Nutella and coffee would be good together… Allow we to answer that with a big HELL YES. When I decided to whip up this concoction I new it would probably be insanely good or an epic fail. I am pleased to say that it turned out to be scrumptious. If you like these ingredients on their own, you will probably love them combined.
Nutella Coffee Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Here’s what I used:
- 1 Cup Fage Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 Cup Skim Milk
- A little less than 1/2 Cup Organic Mascobado Cane Sugar
- 3/4 Cup of hot water (to dilute instant coffee)
- 1 Heaping TBS Instant Coffee (I originally used 2 TBS and it was a little too strong)
- 1/4 Cup Nutella
- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

Stir all of those ingredients into a bowl and chill for at least 20 minutes. I did not chill mine because I am inpatient. It definitely could have been firmer.

The mixture looks quite gross, but believe me it won’t be when it’s done. After you chill the mixture, pour it into your ice cream maker and follow its directions.

Enjoy! Try not to eat the entire 2 quarts in one sitting!

Got all the way to the bottom, was super excited. Don’t have an ice cream maker. Bummer.
Awe! I am sorry.
I know there are ways to make ice cream without one. I have never tried them myself, though. Here’s a link I just found by googling it… http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-ice-cream-without-an-ice-cream-machine-171060
