I drink a lot of water. It’s really about all I drink. There have been times where I have required something to help balance my electrolytes, though. Either from extreme heat, working out, or too many cocktails, I can get that achy feeling that tells me electrolytes are needed! I prefer not to turn to a sugary beverage for this, I would much rather just get what I need from water. That’s why I think resource Natural Spring Water is an awesome choice.
