With the help of Dr. Julie Silver of Harvard Medical School, this book is full of advice on how to help people.
Read stories from others who have learned to cope and manage their chronic pain. Also, learn many techniques and exercises that can help ward off problems and increase flexibility. Easy to follow directions and diagrams can get you on the road to pain-free. I think my favorite part is that they TEACH you about your anatomy. In my opinion that helps in understanding where the pain is coming from. It also makes it easier to explain to a doctor during an appointment.
