Inspiring words on your walls can be a great way to decorate.  Do you have space on your walls that you do not know what to do with?  Have you seen some of the great vinyl lettering items out there? Recently I had the opportunity to review a vinyl phrase from Sticky Words®  - and I was amazed at how easy it was to change the look of my whole room in less than 30 minutes!

I am still working on the house – I have labelled it as “the land of never perfect.” I have quite a few blank spaces that I didn’t know what to do with – this time it was the space and soffit above my kitchen cabinets. I found this great string of cooking words at StickyWords.net that I could use as a border around this weird space above the cabinets.

I received my product quickly – AND to my surprise, there was another free gift inside for me to practice with. It was a “Welcome” banner that I decided to put on my front door.

Installation was simple! (1) I cleaned the spot I was going to place the vinyl lettering (2) I took the back off of the vinyl lettering (3) Stick the lettering using the sticky paper stuck on the front of the lettering (4) Rubbed the letters on with the spatula thinger [probably has a more technical name] I got from Sticky Words (5) peeled off sticky paper. I am not very good at explaining things – watch their video here!

I was nervous about the larger project, but it only took me 26 minutes to get it up – and tada! it is a whole new look
