The first thing I noticed about Dassant Baking Mixes was the large variety of flavors. There are so many to choose from and not names that you see everyday, like Meyer Lemon Cake! Yum! After I browsed (and drooled) over the site for almost an hour, I decided on these six flavors:

Of course I wanted to make everything in one day, but I had to pace myself. I also had to share… ugh. 
The first mix that we made, and by far our favorite, was the Cinnamon Chip Bread. It was extremely easy to make. Like all of the mixes, there are not many ingredients required. I love that! Before we even tried it, I sent half of the loaf to my Grandparents’ house. (If we had tried it first, I am not sure if it would have made it to them!) This bread is flipping scrumptious! It’s very cake-like in texture and perfect for any time of day. It’s so light and fluffy and not overly sweet. The cinnamon chips provide just enough of a tasty burst of flavor to compliment the cake/bread. Mike has demanded that I get more of this ASAP. He was just in heaven with it!
Every mix was equally yummy. The Truffle Brownies are melt-in-your-mouth to die for! The Vanilla Pound Cake mix makes for another light and slightly sweet treat. Beer Bread is always awesome for any time! Pumpkin Bread is amazing. (Another reason I adore fall – pumpkin everything!) Vanilla Bean Cake is great, too, and very versatile. You can make different frosting flavors or make cupcakes. The pieces of Madagascar Vanilla Beans make it fantastically unique!
