No holiday is complete without festive cookies. Halloween is no exception. Candy is great, but cookies? Nothing tops them in my book!
Mrs. Fields Holiday Cookies
Just in time for Halloween, my favorite cookie company asks me, would you like to try our Halloween cookies? Um… Jeez, let me think… YES!!!
As I am now room mom for my daughter’s second grade classroom, I had thought this would be perfect to bring to school on the day of her Halloween party. Well, sorry kids. The cookies did not make it. They are so freaking delicious, they literally didn’t last two days. That’s almost shameful considering the amount of cookies and treats that come in this pail! But with my two kids, my mom and me, they didn’t stand a chance. However, this was still a great idea in theory. They come with nut-free options and because schools (at least the ones here) require store-bought treats, these are perfect. They supply a complete list of nutrition facts and ingredients so anyone with allergies is informed.
There was a sticker on the box with instructions on how to heat these up for an extra special treat. These are soft to begin with, but warm them up and it’s just ooey-gooey heaven!
This particular Haunted Mansion Pail from Mrs. Fields came with candy corn salt water taffy. I’ve never been a huge fan of salt water taffy but figured I’d give this stuff a try. OMG. Unfortunately for my diet, it is awesome. The light flavor is just right and the texture is great. This holiday season is sure to be a challenge for me with all these yummy treats!
Surprise someone with a delicious gift from Mrs. Fields this season!
