Manischewitz has great kosher products to use in the kitchen AND they are announcing their 7th Annual Cook-Off for a chance to win a HUGE grand prize package.
First – their products:
Manischewitz has Matzo products, noodles, soup products (like broth), an amazing gluten free cake mix, and more. I recently got the opportunity to try a bunch of their products, and what I have been able to enjoy so far has been great. They have Matzo in a variety of flavors (because plain can be so… boring… sometimes) and the Mediterranean Matzos are an amazing solution to boring Matzo -with a slight onion, garlic, and herb flavor. The gluten free cake mix comes with just about everything you need to make it – including the pan. And even gluten free, I am excited to make it for our next birthday event at our house! Tonight with our meal we got to have Vegetable Potato Pancakes – a simple splurge (fried yummy and crispy!) – easy to make with just a few added ingredients and a couple minutes of frying up in the pan on the stove (easy!).
Second – their awesome Cook-Off!:
Manischewitz Sweepstakes
Entry deadline for the Man-o-Manischewitz Cook-Off is February 4th, 2013 – so get to it!
From now until February 4th, 2013, you can submit your recipe using Manischewitz broth to the Cook-Off. The recipe must follow Kosher guidelines, be prepared in under an hour, and have no more than nine ingredients. After that date – Four finalists will then be chosen by Manischewitz, and the fifth will be chosen by a vote on the Manischewitz website (votes to be held February 21- February 28, 2013). The five finalists will win an all-expense paid trip to compete live in front of a panel of judges on March 21, 2013.
