I promise eventually there will be a baby to see in these pictures – we are waiting (very patiently) for a referral of a child through international adoption – and one day soon, we will be parents! In preparation for this little one – I have had more than the usual nine months to prepare, and yet I am still loving finding new great gear for our little dude or dude-ette to use when they come home to us. Recently I received an Evenflo ExcerSaucer and their Snugli seated carrier – and until our baby is home, baby zebra is happy to try them out!

Jungle Quest Jump and Learn ExcerSaucer from Evenflo

This ExerSaucer is SO cute (side note: baby zebra matches the seat fabric). It has so many extras on it too. I like the suspended seat, it bounces on elastic straps. The exercise that baby gets when using this helps develop neck, back, and leg muscles and improved gross motor skills. Many of the toys are made to go along with you and can be easily removed from the ExerSaucer and thrown in a bag to go with you anywhere. You can find out more about the Jungle Quest carrier at Evenflo.com.

Snugli Seated Carrier

The front, back and hip seated Snugli carrier is great for bigger babies (starting at 16lbs) up to toddlers (40lbs max – woah!). I love that this carrier is made for heavier kiddos – that means it has ergonomic solutions to make it easier on your back to carry your kiddo. The multiple positions makes it something my hubby and I can both use since he doesn’t seem to like the idea of front carrying. The adjustable straps and buckles make it easy to put on with one hand (according to the website), I was just thankful to be able to put it on by myself – and that was without a wiggly kid. Ha!
