Directions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the strawberries and cranberries. Depending on preference, fruit may be processed to a finely chopped texture for a chunkier jam, or completely smooth.
  2. Pour the processed fruit into a large heavy-bottomed pot. Add sugar over medium-high heat, bring the fruit and sugar mixture to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute.Sparkling Holiday Strawberry Jam Recipe with Printables
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and add the liquid fruit pectin, stirring to mix completely.
  4. Allow the jam to cool for 5 minutes, and then skim off the layer of foam on the top.
  5. Quickly ladle the hot jam mixture into sterile half-pint jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace.
  6. Wipe jar rims clean, cover with lids and screw on the jar bands.
  7. Process the jars for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.
  8. Decorate and gift!
