My name is Jennifer, but I go by Jennie or Jen most of the time. I was born in 1978, so that makes me almost 32 at the time I am writing this. I live with the love of my life, Mike, and our dog, Hilo.
I started my wonderful hobby of sweepstaking several years ago. My grandma had seen an episode of Oprah about sweepstakers and thought it was something I would be interested in. She started cutting out the little contests and entry forms that you seen in magazines and newspapers and giving them to me. I entered every one of them. Soon after, I began researching the hobby further. I found SweepSheet, a newsletter with sweepstakes. I requested a free sample of the article and was very impressed. In the beginning, I entered mostly by mail. Filling out the 3×5 cards and sheets while I watched TV. Now I do mostly online entries because of the cost of stamps. I find this to be a relaxing, fun and rewarding hobby.
You cannot win anything if you do not enter. I walk around everyday knowing that there is a possibility that the next big win could be today!

A $10,000 gift certificate to Van Dyke’s Restorers We got all new AMAZING bedroom furniture, an outside patio set and several other items.
2 trips – one to Atlanta, GA to participate in a key-turn with 10 others to win Jeff Gordon’s Tahoe (I did not win, but we got VIP access to the Nascar race, free airfare, hotel and $500 spending money)…another trip was a sports dream package to anywhere in the US for a major sporting event. We have not gone on that yet.
I won tickets to the Chicago auto show and a $100 Shell gift card – there was a chance it was worth $10,000. So many smaller items like books, magazine subscriptions, shirts, hats, water bottles, song downloads, coupons and dvds. I have won 2 iPods
